Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Pravadh PM, the delivery operating system from Pravadh Labs. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
1. The product
Pravadh PM is a workspace for Salesforce delivery shops. It holds pulses (not user stories), epics, tasks, bugs, and ITSM work on the same keys; a board, list, and timeline; inbox and mentions; timesheets; a SOW cost engine on paid Business and above; a renameable copilot and Salesforce org planner on Studio and above; and, on Enterprise, a signed Docker image with a license heartbeat.
2. Who may sign up
You must be 18 or older and able to bind your organization. New workspaces require a company email. Personal inboxes (including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and similar) are not accepted. You must verify that email before the first sign-in. You are responsible for your password and for activity on the account.
3. Plans, payment, and renewal
You choose a plan and a billing cycle (monthly or yearly) when you create a workspace. We do not take card details on the signup form. After you verify your email, you pay through Razorpay, and the workspace opens once payment succeeds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel from Billing; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal fails, access continues for a short grace period while payment is retried, then the workspace becomes read-only until it is paid. Yearly billing is charged as eleven months for twelve. Self-signup does not include a free trial; trials are offered only by arrangement with Pravadh Labs. Razorpay is used for Starter, Business, and Studio. Enterprise is invoiced.
4. Plans and seats
Paid plans are Starter, Business, Studio, and Enterprise, as shown on Pricing. Extra seats never unlock a higher tier. Guests do not consume a seat. Launch prices, when offered, run through the date stated on Pricing; list prices apply after that. Indian customers may be charged GST on the INR amount collected by Razorpay. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Your work
You own the pulses, comments, timesheets, cost sheets, Salesforce plans, and files you put in the workspace. We process that data only to run Pravadh PM. Suggested Apex, LWC, Flow, and copilot answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete — you remain responsible for what you ship to Salesforce. Hours logged are the source of spent; loading people is only a plan.
6. Integrations and fleet
If you connect Git, a test tool, or Salesforce, you confirm you have the right to grant that access. On Enterprise, you receive a signed image and a one-time license key — not the source repository. Nodes check in on a schedule. Unpaid, revoked, or offline-past-grace nodes lock. Source stays with Pravadh Labs.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the product to access data you have no right to handle.
- Do not try to extract source, bypass the license check, or clone a private image for others.
- Do not share login credentials outside your organization.
- Do not use the product to build a competing delivery OS from our software.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the hosted workspace available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Salesforce, Git, mail, and payment providers can fail independently of us.
9. Intellectual property
Pravadh PM, the mark, and the software are owned by Pravadh Labs. We grant you a limited license to use the hosted product, or a signed image on Enterprise, for the term of your subscription.
10. Ending the workspace
You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend a workspace that violates these Terms or stays unpaid after a renewal fails. After a lock, existing work remains readable until you pay or ask us to close the account.
11. Liability
The product is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Pravadh Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Law and contact
