Agent add-ons

A fixed fee per agent, per project. No token bills.

Add the agents a project needs, on any plan. Billed monthly per project; cancel any time. Agents you don't add wait for a person to do that step.

Best value

Full crew

$3,299/project/mo

Save $597 a month vs. adding them one by one

  • 40 stories a month included
  • Branch + pull request per story

BA Agent

$599/mo

Spec and Gherkin acceptance criteria, checked against what your codebase (or Salesforce org) already has.

Architect Agent

$799/mo

Design against your system as it is — reuse what exists, list permissions, call out what isn't feasible.

Dev Agent

$1,499/mo

Writes the code, runs build and tests, deploys to staging or a sandbox, pushes the story branch, and opens the pull request.

QA Agent

$999/mo

Scenarios for every criterion, automated tests and screenshots as evidence, and the bug loop back to Dev.

Each project with agents covers 40 stories a month. Need more? +25 stories for $399/month. Prices in USD, charged in INR via Razorpay.

FAQ

Questions before you book

Can AI agents merge code or touch production?

No. Agents work on a branch per story and deploy only to staging or a sandbox. They open a pull request; a person reviews and merges. AI can make mistakes, so every design and change is there for you to verify before you approve it.

Can our customers raise tickets without an account?

Yes. Turn on the customer portal: customers search your published help articles, send requests through your forms or by email, and follow replies from a private link. SLA clocks run on your business hours.

What do the AI agents actually do?

Four agents work a story in turn. The BA Agent writes a spec and acceptance criteria and checks every object and field against your org. The Architect designs the solution and marks what already exists. After the story's owner approves the design, the Dev Agent builds, deploys to your sandbox, and runs unit tests. The QA Agent tests every acceptance criterion and sends bugs back to Dev until they pass or the round limit is hit. Every step is a comment on the story.

Do the agents touch production or merge code?

No. Agents deploy only to sandboxes — a production org is refused. With Git connected, each story gets its own branch and Dev opens a pull request when development is done. The agents never merge; your team reviews and merges.

What do the agents cost?

A fixed monthly fee per agent, per project — never per token: BA $599, Architect $799, Dev $1,499, QA $999, or the full crew for $3,299 (save $597). Each project with agents covers 40 stories a month; add 25 more for $399. Agents you don't add simply wait for a person to do that step. They run on Claude Code or Codex on your own Mac or server, so there are no model bills from us.

What has to be connected before we create a project?

Two things, so nobody loses time later: a Git repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure Repos, or any Git remote) and your Google Drive or OneDrive. Sign in with Google or Microsoft and pick a folder — each project gets its own sub-folder with its story documents, files, and screenshots. Projects that use agents also need a Salesforce sandbox.

Where are our files stored?

In your own Google Drive or OneDrive, in a folder you choose. Pravadh PM keeps a small cache so pages stay fast, uploads sync in the background, and nothing waits on the drive.

Is there a free trial?

Self-signup goes straight to a paid plan: pick Starter, Business, or Studio, verify your email, and pay monthly or yearly (yearly gets one month free). Want to evaluate first? Book a demo and we can set up a trial workspace for your team.

What is a Pulse?

The unit of software work. Jira would call it a user story — we don’t. Pulses sit next to epics, tasks, bugs, and ITSM types on the same keys.

What files can we import?

Excel, CSV, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, JSON, Markdown, and plain text — up to 500 rows and 15 MB per file. Headers, title rows, extra sheets, and user-story columns are cleaned up for you, and you review every row before anything is created. Business plan and up.

Is there a wiki or docs tool?

Yes — Pages, built into the workspace on Business and up. 22 templates, tables, status chips, panels, anchored comments, version history, Word/PDF export, and live multiplayer editing.

Do we have to track costs?

No. Costs are on for client work by default and can be switched off per space — useful for internal or personal projects.

What actually changes between plans?

Features and seats together. Launch prices through Dec 31, 2026: Starter $59 (then $99), Business $159 (then $199), Studio $249 (then $399), Enterprise $349 (then $499). Extra seats never unlock a higher tier.

Who can sign up on our domain?

A company email is required to create a workspace — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other personal inboxes are blocked. Starter and Business sit on *.pravadh.app. Studio and Enterprise also lock signup and invites to @yourcompany.

Is Enterprise a source license?

No. Super Admin issues a one-time license key and a pack (compose, Kubernetes YAML, node-agent). You run signed images on Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes — or docker save/load for air-gap. You never git-clone. Guide: /deploy

Can we run our own model for the copilot?

Yes, if it speaks OpenAI /v1/chat/completions — OpenAI, Azure, or a compatible proxy. Paste key, model, and base URL under Settings → Copilot, and rename it.

How do you take payment?

Razorpay subscriptions, monthly or yearly. Enterprise is invoice.

We already run Jira / ClickUp / a homegrown tracker. How do we move?

Don't migrate the archive. Import open Jira issues in one click, or drop an export file from any tool on a space. Invite people by the same emails, paint the SOW on Costs, and keep Jira in two-way sync until the team has switched.
